I am planning to go. I want to hear from some one who has done the exreme trails.

I am not braging, just asking. My truck has D60's+Lockers, 39.5" TSL's and flexy suspension. The drawback is I am 88 inches wide and weigh in at over 6000 pounds. Are there some extreme trails I should avoid?

nope you are fine. LC is full size friendly. you are going to notice that the narrower trucks will make things easier though. not making fun, just something that everyone notices out there.

Do you have a full cage?
Alloys or stock shafts in the RCd60 35 splien outers?, 35spline rear d60?
T-case gears?
I see the warn hubs those may not hold up long. I keep breaking mine. I just got a flange to replace them.

Youll get through it but will be hurting in the gearing department.
I wheeled mine through alot of stuff like that with a stock t-case it sucked but I made it through. Your less likely to break something with that t-case gearing unless you smoke a clutch.

I think my 8year old wants to ride along with me. Who else is bringing their boys?

Thanks for the input.

Ashman I have an automatic tranny and that helps. You never really know it sucks until you swap out for something better, until you do the swap its all good. It sort of like being fat-dumb-and-happy and not knowing what you are missing.

I can only get Friday off work so I'll be headed out of Tucson as soon as I can get off work and loaded up Thursday the 21st. Hopefully get there before midnight. It's about 4 hrs from Tucson right?

What trails are yall planning to run Friday and Saturday? I stilll havn't done Habanaro falls. I would like to hit that one. Otherwise I'm game for about anything.

pat, you know where you are staying already and know how things go...it's going to be about 5 hrs for you though and it doesn't look like I will get out of here until Wed night if I'm lucky either. HF is def on the list for one of the first to be hit though as there is a couple falls on there i need redemption on.. I do not want to do PR on Sat though either..

Don't want to be the one to start rumors but:
I heard that Lupe Moved
The Trails have all been Paved
There will be a Tree Planting ceremony on the Very spot where PR used to be. :flipoff: :p

Anyways. Ya'll have a Great time. I am headed out in the AM early so I will be out of touch for a while. Great wheeling with you guys. Can't wait to see the pics from the run. Let me know if anyone makes the big fall on PR Unassisted. ( I don't think it is doable anymore without a quick strap or easy winch)

Well, you kids have fun and play safe... I just got my junk running again last night. Still haven't put in the Longs or the locker, looks like I'll have plenty of time on my days off. Not really wanting to drive down again, was hoping to have a tow rig and a trailer built, but that didn't happen... anywho, take lots of pics and vids!
